Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions

TournamentOS subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until the period ends.

Refunds

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or explicitly approved by support.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, your subscription may enter a past-due state and organizer features that require an active subscription will be limited until payment is resolved.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension while we investigate.
